Purpose
This workflow controls routing and status updates for Sales Order records in the order approval workflow process.
Behavior
- Evaluates record status and required fields before moving to the next step.
- Sets review fields used by saved searches and dashboard queues.
- Sends reminders when records remain unresolved.
